SweeTARTS has chosen VidCon 2017 to unveil the brand’s latest candy creation, Chewy Sours Tart Tops, as Gen Z-ers flocked to Anaheim, California, for the annual video creator conference, held June 21-24.
The SweeTARTS booth (#1201) revealed new shapes for the SweeTARTS Gummies, as determined by fans at VidCon.
The brand offered a VR gaming experience where select players had the chance to play with two of the most influential female online gamers on the current scene, iHasCupquake and OMGitsfirefoxx.
Chewy Sours Tart Tops invited players to an alternate candy universe where they could be transformed into giant SweeTARTS Chewy Sours bags to either collaborate or compete with their in-game counterpart and gather as many Chewy Sours as they can in 60 seconds.

“We believe that online video is the most important cultural force since the motion picture,” notes VidCon. “We are in the very early, defining moments of an extremely powerful global force. VidCon is and strives to continue to be the physical center of that revolution.”
